These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre ("DIAC") in Dubai. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions set forth in the DIAC arbitration rules. The arbitral tribunal shall comprise one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The language of arbitration shall be the English language. The seat of arbitration shall be the emirate of Dubai. The award of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on the Parties. You acknowledge that any breach by you of any of these Terms is likely to result in irreparable harm or damage to Code Orangeand that, in the event of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies at law, Code Orangeshall have the right to obtain an injunction, specific performance or other equitable relief to prevent the continuous violation of these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Code Orangewith respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Code Orange. If any provision of these Terms is deemed by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding.
